A product-discovery and customer support chatbot for FMLIO using Gemini API, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Project Overview

FMLIO Assistant is a conversational chatbot that helps customers find products, check availability, get suggestions, and complete simple order-related tasks. The backend is built with Node.js and Express.js, storing conversation logs and product/index data in MongoDB. The assistant uses Google's Gemini API (LLM) as the core natural language engine for parsing user intent, generating responses, and composing search queries.
